The standard way to ingest a flower remedy is to place 4 drops under the tongue 4x daily- on the wakeup, mid day, mid afternoon, & before bed.
This may be adjusted according to how you feel.
Many people report feeling changes within a few days. In order for these changes to occur on a deeper level, it is suggested to stick with each blend for at least a month. It is not uncommon to want to work with certain essences for months as well as through different seasons that you experience.
In order to stay present with the changes, journaling is encouraged and prompts are included with your order.

I just purchased 2 more bottles so I could continue to work with this essence for a couple more months! This product has been gently yet powerfully supportive of my goals to show up fully as myself and share my gifts publicly. I had made a goal to disrupt a pattern of playing small in certain settings and was committed to following through, but I still felt uneasy inside when thinking about what it would require. 2 weeks into working with this essence, I noticed that I felt at total ease and even excited to speak publicly about my spiritual gifts and offerings as a breathwork facilitator and spiritual guide, especially in unfamiliar settings. I started using this essence at the same time I began listening intentionally to hertz frequency music, so it's hard to delineate which is which. But I will say this, in the time I've been using this bottle a few times weekly, my life has become abundant. Opportunities, seemingly out of thin air, have arisen in my space and are worth their weight in gold. I removed offerings that no longer fit or made sense, I got more clear on what I want to offer and how often I want to show up in various spaces, I started carving out significant time for my physical health [actually cooking and working out], and even created an offering I'd been delaying out of fear. So, even reviewing in this moment for this feedback has me realizing that quite a bit has adjusted in my favor, as though the universe is meeting me halfway once I started getting serious about what I want and how I want to do things [as opposed to what an industry or society says].
Love this product. I used it for about 2-3 weeks straight and felt a boost in my confidence, and with daily affirmations, it helped me stand my ground on what I wanted my path to be. I'm sure I would've felt even more of a boost if I used it for a longer period of time and was consistent with it. Great product overall.
