The standard way to ingest a flower remedy is to place 4 drops under the tongue 4x daily- on the wakeup, mid day, mid afternoon, & before bed.
This may be adjusted according to how you feel.
Many people report feeling changes within a few days. In order for these changes to occur on a deeper level, it is suggested to stick with each blend for at least a month.
